Sikkens Cetol Clearcoat HB plus

Description

Cetol Clearcoat HB plus is a colourless, satin gloss, high build, preservative for protected east or south facing exterior timber. Contains binary light stabilizers (improved UV resistance), based on alkyd resin.

The wood grain remains visible.
Microporous, resulting in a humidity-controlling system.
Water repellent.

Use: as a topcoat over Cetol HLSe or Cetol Clearcoat LB plus on protected, south or east facing timber structures.

As a maintenance system on intact – still sufficiently pigmented – Cetol HLSe, Cetol Novatech or Cetol Filter 7 plus coats.

Application: Stir well. Do not thin. Apply at 90 microns wet to clean, dry, sound substrate. Brush application recommended.

Please note: colourless coatings have a relatively short exterior life span, particularly in north or west facing situations, as they offer only limited UV protection.
